How long does it take to bake chicken chopsticks?

It depends on the heating capacity of your oven, it usually takes about 40-45 minutes to bake in a 400-degree oven or so, after 20 minutes of cooking and you’re baking at 350°F, then it takes about 50-60 minutes.

    What variations can you make?

I know that by always eating the same thing we are used to that taste so it’s time to have some variations – Use dried oregano and dried rosemary instead of Italian seasoning for Greek style or Combine olive oil with 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1 teaspoon chopped ginger and garlic, 2 tablespoons honey for Asian style and Use lime juice instead of lemon juice and Substitute 1 tablespoon of chili powder for the Italian seasoning for the Mexican style.

At what temperature should we make these chicken chopsticks?

I always recommend using a meat thermometer, the safe internal temperature according to the USDA, cooked chicken should be at 165°F (74°C). Make sure you don’t touch any bones when you check the temperature or you’ll get an erroneous reading.
